I’ve been having just bread,biscuit,baked potatoes and spaghetti with ketchup and various sauces for 1 month,poor me.From this morning,I stock up some healthy food,vegetables and fruits,for my new semester,making up my celebration for new year.In addition of that,1200Kcal limits for me is very useful and hopefully the effect of methods to keep fit is beyond my expectation,hold on! for health,for good body;)

chick peas,first time that I’ve bought them,although cooking peas take time,they’are all nutritious truly,especially for porridge or salad.
